HOW MUCH DOES YOUR DISPATCH COST?

In this section you will find the most favourable rates for your international letter mail items.

In order to find out how much it will cost to send your mail items abroad, please see the rate tables below or use the postage calculator.

Please note that Austrian Post offers you individualised solutions at favourable terms enabling you to reduce your mailing costs if you have dispatches exceeding 400 items per delivery or if you regularly have small deliveries.
The favourable tariffs for Standard and Standard Plus letter items require machinable letters and machine-readable mailing addresses. You can find the criteria for machinable letters in Appendix 1 of the “Produkt- und Preisverzeichnis Brief International” as well as in the brochure “Richtig Adressieren”.

If a Standard or Standard Plus letter does not fulfil the criteria of machinability, the tariff of the next format will be charged. Maxi, Maxi Plus and Groß letters as well as hand-written letters mail items up to the delivery of 300 items are exempted from this rule.
